Forgive me if I've missed this somewhere, but I just realized that I don't recall hearing anything about voice-activated dialing support in the next revision of either the iPhone hardware or software.

Given that Apple is based in California, and California has a new hands-free law going on the books in July, it seems imperative that this feature get fast-tracked ASAP.

Can anyone confirm whether or not this feature is on the immediate road map as a built-in feature or whether a third-party software developer will need to release a product to the App Store?
